2. Service Agreement

When you book our services, you enter into a service agreement with Shree Balaji Packers And Movers. This agreement outlines the scope of work, estimated costs, and any specific requirements you may have. Both parties must sign the agreement before any services are rendered.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by Shree Balaji Packers And Movers are based on the information given by the customer. Any additional services or changes to the original request may result in additional charges. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for our services can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable upon completion of the service. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by us.

6. Packing Materials

We use high-quality packing materials to ensure the safety of your belongings. If you prefer to use your own materials, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for any damage to items packed with non-standard materials.

7. Liability and Insurance

Shree Balaji Packers And Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or traffic accidents. We recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items.

8. Inventory and Documentation

An inventory list will be created and signed by both parties before and after the move. This list helps ensure that all items are accounted for. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.

9. Restrictions on Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, plants, or animals. Customers are responsible for removing such items before the move. Any prohibited items found will be left behind, and we will not be liable for them.

10. Delays

While we strive to adhere to the agreed schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or mechanical issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes and do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

11. Storage Services

If you require storage services, your items will be kept in a secure facility. Storage fees are charged based on the volume of goods and the duration of storage. Access to stored items requires prior notice and may incur additional handling fees.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and labeled. Fragile items should be clearly marked. Customers should also ensure that there is adequate access to both the origin and destination locations.

13. Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the move. Claims should include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the damage. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot.

15. Amendments

Shree Balaji Packers And Movers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will take effect immediately.
